HANKY PANKY. A barangay official told The Ear that late Sunday night he drove by CICC. Outside the motel which is located at the same street as the CICC, he saw police big bikes with scantily clad women astride the bikes facing the men who he identified were policemen. He described their act as "doing their thing." This barangay official told The Ear, "It was a sight to see."
