Colleagues of this officer want him to shape up or ship out

CHANGE URGED. The Ear heard that this officer of a government entity in-charge of handling the media doesn't seem to have endeared himself with the people he is supposed to deal with.

With his organization often getting a beating from media reports, his colleagues are itching to see him do his work, if not see him sent to another assignment.

An Ear source said that while they want to speak up, it is hard to do so in their organization where RHIP is followed.

JAYWALK VS. SKYWALK. An Ear informer observed yesterday, around noon, several school kids opted to jaywalk rather than use the Talamban skywalk. The informer said that this skywalk is located near the public school and Barangay Hall. He said, "Nitan-aw ra ang tanod, apan wala kabadlong sa mga bata nga nanglabang sa dalan. Mingaw kaayo ang skywalk. Walay nigamit."
