Police car siren scares holdup man

A woman was being divested of her cellular phone as she was standing in front of a department store near Fuente Osmeña when suddenly a siren from a police patrol car was heard coming. This scared the holdup man who hurriedly walked away leaving his would-be victim with her cellphone.
