What's the difference between a kuto and a dirty politician?

RASTA GROOMING. The Ear overheard a group of Rastafarians talking. Their topic? Grooming and hair products. Having heard these Reggae-loving men talk about how to best take care of their dreadlocks, made The Ear thought that these men aren't much different from a group of fashionista girls talking about hair rebonding and cold wave perms.

HEAD LICE AND POLITICS. Overheard, still among the Rasta men, was a topic about kuto (head lice). One said, "Pait kaayo kung matakdan tag kuto 'bay, sa? Ma-o gyud nay pirmi reklamo basta mag dreadlocks." Another replied, "Bay, maayo na lang nang kuto atong reklamo kay sa magsige ta'g reklamo kabahin politiko." But The Ear muttered, "Aren't most politicians also blood-sucking parasites? What is the difference then between a kuto and a dirty politician?"
