MANILA, Philippines - Seems like Vice President Jejomar Binay got more than what he was looking for.
On September 15, Binay took a break from his usual routine by visiting the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) to attend as a guest speaker on an open forum organized by the Department of Social Sciences in UPLB.
During the question and answer portion, Binay got into heated arguments with students asking about his transparency to the public.
Binay's visit did not only generate full-throttle debate at the DL Umali auditorium, but as well as stinging and hilarious tweets in the Twitterverse.
Some netizens even managed to create memes about his visit and claimed that the event was more exciting than the UAAP.
To make the long story short: Binay went to UPLB to look stupid and useless in front of the educated youth. #BinayBwisitsUPLB

I won't be surprised if Binay will come up with "fake news" claiming his opponents paid the UPLB students to grill him.. #BinayBwisitsUPLB
