MANILA, Philippines – TV sets, WiFi, air-conditioning units, music studio, strip bar, jacuzzi, sauna, not to mention the sex dolls and porn CDs – if it wasn’t for the local news, anyone stepping inside these luxurious detention rooms would have thought that they were entering a five-star hotel in Vegas.
Catching fire on the local news this week is the New Bilibid Prison after having been discovered that apart from the lavish amenities in the pimped out cells, items including Rolex watches, stash of cash and methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu are inside the detention facilities.
Netizens took on the Twitterverse to share their rant and rage over the revolting news.
Today I learned the Bilibid Prison is a hotel with amenities such as a hot tub, sauna, PS4 and mood lighting in the bathrooms.
