Jordan Axani, a 28-year-old who works for an international real estate development and advisory firm, is giving away a free round-the-world air ticket under two conditions - you must have a Canadian passport and your name must be Elizabeth Gallagher.
Apparently, the Canadian cavalier bought the heavily discounted ticket in May as a present for his then girlfriend. Unfortunately for the girl, their love affair ended even before the trip is consumed. Not wanting the ticket to go to waste, he decided to offer the ticket to anyone who qualifies. According to the Associated Press the ticket has a strict no-transfer policy, but since passport information was not required when booking, it can be used by any Canadian woman named Elizabeth Gallagher.
The trip is scheduled to start December 21 in New York City and continue on to Milan, Prague, Paris, Bangkok and New Delhi before ending in Toronto on January 8.
He posted the ticket on Reddit, Monday. According to his post, he is "not looking for something in return," and the woman who is lucky enough to get picked has the freedom to choose to travel with him or go on her own. As of today, 15 to 30 women have already qualified.
