Pasay mayor ‘Local Chief Executive of the Year’ sa MOSLIV Gala
MANILA, Philippines — Kinilala bilang Local Chief Executive of the Year si Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano sa katatapos na 2025 Nation Builders at MOSLIV Gala Awards sa Grand Ballroom ng Okada nitong Biyernes.
Ang MOSLIV (Most Sustainable and Liveable) awards ay naglalayong hikayatin ang mga Pilipino na mag-ambag o tumulong sa global pursuit ng United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) na sumuporta sa katatagan (resilience), katarungan o karapatan (equity), at climate neutrality.
“This award is a testament that education, modernization, and innovation (EMI) really do come hand in hand with overall, wide scale progress. On our road to being the first smart and sustainable EcoCity, this is a welcome reminder of where we are and where we want to be,” ani Calixto-Rubiano.
Ang naturang kaganapan ay dinaluhan ni Sen. Shelly V. Calvo ng 38th Guam Legislature, ang kauna-unahang nahalal na Filipino-American na senador sa Guam na siyang nagsilbi bilang Guest of Honor at speaker ng naturang okasyon.
