Police launch search for missing Korean

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines — Authorities have launched a province-wide search for a Korean who was reported missing over the weekend in Silang, Cavite.

According to a police report, a family friend picked up Hun Jae Ha, 25, from Bohol on Friday and brought him to the Adventist Missionary Institution for treatment.

However, Hun allegedly slipped out of the facility at dawn on Saturday. He was barefoot and was wearing a black shirt and black pants.

The hospital management sought police assistance in locating Hun who is said to be a special child.
