No games for foreign gamblers – Pagcor

MANILA, Philippines — Foreign gamblers are not allowed to play online games offered by licensed electronic gaming operators, according to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp.

PAGCOR’s reminder to gaming system service providers and data content streaming providers on Feb. 6 is supposed to reiterate President Marcos’ ban on Philippine offshore gaming operators.

“All gaming operations shall only cater and offer services and games to local or domestic market,” PAGCOR said.

“No games shall be offered to offshore players,” the agency noted.

E-gaming operators involved in criminal activities will have their certificates of accreditation canceled, PAGCOR warned.
