January 20 declared holiday in Pagadian, Tarlac City

MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang has declared Jan. 20 as a special non-working holiday in Pagadian in Zamboanga del Sur and Tarlac City.

Proclamation 772 states that the holiday in Pagadian would allow residents to participate in the week-long Pasalamat Festival.

The celebration started on Jan. 13 and will culminate tomorrow.

Meanwhile, Proclamation 773 will give residents of Tarlac City an opportunity to celebrate and participate in the 2025 Kaisa Festival.

Both proclamations were signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin by the authority of President Marcos on Jan. 17.
