COTABATO CITY, Philippines — Three people, including a woman and her baby, were killed in an attack by unidentified assailants in Radjah Buayan, Maguindanao del Sur on Thursday.
Probers said the victims were in a van when the assailants ambushed them in Barangay Mileb.
The van driver was also killed in the attack. The vehicle swerved and crashed into a tree.
Reports said the husband of the woman is a member of an Army unit based in Maguindanao del Sur.
Probers have yet to determine the motive for the killing.
