CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Philippines — A 52-year-old man was arrested for allegedly manufacturing illegal firecrackers in Santa Maria, Bulacan on Wednesday.
The suspect, whose identity was not immediately available, was caught making firecrackers without necessary permits in Barangay Pulong Buhangin, according to Col. Satur Ediong, Bulacan police director.
Probers said up to 10,200 pieces of kwitis worth about 51,000 were seized from the suspect.
