NATIVIDAD, Pangasinan, Philippines — A farmer died when his motorcycle hit a concrete fence in this town on Friday.

Edwin Rillorta, 33, was traveling in Baragay Silag when he figured in the accident.

Probers said Rillorta was speeding.

The impact threw the victim off his motorcycle and his body landed 10 to 15 meters away from the crash site.

Police said Rillorta was reportedly drunk and not wearing a helmet.
