STA. BARBARA, Pangasinan, Philippines — A teenage boy drowned when he accidentally slipped and fell into a river in Barangay Leet here on Thursday.
The Pangasinan police provincial office reported that 18-year-old John Peter Panti was with his friends on their way to take a dip when he fell into the river and got carried away by the current.
