Calabarzon CIDG chiefs named

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines — Criminal Investigation and Detection Group chief Maj. Gen. Nicolas Torre has replaced the heads of CIDG regional and provincial offices in Calabarzon.

Torre designated Col. Geovanny Sibalo as chief of CIDG-Calabarzon, replacing Col. Reynante Panay.

Sibalo, a member of the Philippine National Police Academy Class Sinaglaya of 2002, had served as chief of various police stations.

In Cavite, Lt. Col. Mark Jason Gatdula assumed as head of CIDG. He replaced Lt. Col. Bryan Andula, who is undergoing schooling for career advancement.

Gatdula was formerly assistant chief of administrative resource and management division at Camp Crame.

Meanwhile, Majors Adrian Nalua and Neil Gaspar were designated chiefs of CIDG offices in Laguna and Quezon province, respectively.

Torre also named Lt. Col. Jake Barila as chief of CIDG-Batangas and Lt. Col. Reymond Nicolas of CIDG-Rizal.
