CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines — Five persons, including three children aged 11 to 13 years, were injured in a two-hour fire in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna on Friday.
The fire also destroyed two houses and three cars parked nearby.
Investigators identified the injured as Shirley De Jesus, Joseph Naya and children Angelo, Jomart and Archie, all surnamed Rodriguez.
Initial investigation showed that the fire was caused by an e-bike left unattended while being charged in front of one of the burnt houses in Barangay Kanluran.
