Vizcaya triplets’ parents appealing for help

Victor Martin - The Philippine Star

BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines — Parents of newly born triplets in Bagabag town in this province are asking the public for financial help.

Ezra Biel Benter, 29, and her husband Jose III, 32, of Barangay Villa Coloma, made the appeal on Wednesday, two days after the birth of their triplets, all boys, through caesarean section at the Veterans Trauma and Medical Center in Bayombong.

As of yesterday, Jose said the babies – Ron Bryle, Ron Brion and Ron Brixx – were still in the hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit.

“Our babies, especially Ron Brion, need special care,” Jose said.

He said aside from the triplets, he and his wife have an eight-year-old daughter.

Jose said he could not provide for his family’s needs since he stopped working to take care of his wife and the babies.

“I am seeking assistance from our government agencies, groups, institutions or anyone to please help us either in kind or in cash,” Jose said.
