ANGELES CITY, Philippines — The city government has finished fogging and fumigating all 54 public schools in preparation for the opening of classes on July 29.

The activity will help protect students and teachers against dengue, according to Angeles Mayor Carmelo Lazatin.

An anti-dengue task force, composed of city and barangay officials, has been going around public schools since July 8 to conduct fogging and fumigation as well as search and destroy potential mosquito breeding sites.

Edgard Domingo, Angeles City School Division superintendent, thanked Lazatin for the anti-dengue operation.
