MANILA, Philippines — Earthquakes of magnitudes 4 and 4.4 rocked the provinces of Occidental Mindoro and Davao Oriental, respectively, yesterday, state seismologists said.
The temblor in Occidental Mindoro occurred at 1:47 p.m. while in Davao Oriental at 6:11 a.m.
The epicenters of the quakes were located 29 kilometers south of Looc town and 60 km south of Governor Generoso.
