‘Sex orgy organizer’ charged for selling party drugs

MANILA, Philippines — Criminal complaints have been filed against a businessman, said to be an organizer of sex orgies among his clients, who was arrested in Pasig for allegedly selling the party drug ecstasy, police said yesterday.

Jade Christrian Regalario is facing charges of violating Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act after he was arrested by operatives of the Police Drug Enforcement Group in a sting in Barangay Ugong at around 7:40 p.m. on Wednesday.

Anti-narcotics officers under the supervision of Lt. Michael Maraggun apprehended Regalario after the suspect negotiated with police officers posing as drug buyers.

Twenty-five ecstasy capsules valued at P42,500 were seized from the suspect.

Regalario allegedly agreed to the sale of P1,000 worth of party drugs.
