BOLINAO, Pangasinan, Philippines — A farmer died after he was struck by lightning in this town on Sunday afternoon.
Roland Millamina, 22, was walking in the rain in Barangay Sampaloc when lightning hit him.He was declared dead on arrival at the Bolinao Community Hospital.
Meanwhile, Michael Perez was painting their roof in San Carlos, Pangasinan when he accidentally touched a live wire. He was declared dead on arrival in a hospital.
