P13.9 million shabu seized in North Cotabato

MANILA, Philippines — Anti-narcotics agents confiscated 2.05 kilos of shabu worth P13.94 million in Pigcawayan, North Cotabato yesterday.

Kadami Jaca, Ridzmer Abdulkara and Marhaya Abdullahah were arrested for possession of the illegal drugs in a hotel in Barangay Balogo, Philippine National Police Drug Enforcement Group director Brig. Gen. Eleazar Matta said in a report.

Meanwhile, five grams of shabu valued at P34,000 were recovered in a sting in Tanza, Cavite on Monday afternoon.

Police said an alias Mac-Mac was arrested after selling shabu worth P500 to an undercover agent.
