MANILA, Philippines — A man considered to be Navotas’ most wanted fugitive was arrested by police in Sta. Maria, Bulacan on Wednesday night.

Michael Argonillo, 43, who works as a water refiller in Bulacan, is the subject of an arrest warrant for frustrated murder issued by Judge Rhoda Magdalene Mapile-Osinada of Malabon City Regional Trial Court Branch 170 on May 2, police said.

The judge set bail at P200,000 for Argonillo.
