Parañaque business permit office closed for holidays
MANILA, Philippines — Parañaque’s business permit and licensing office (BPLO) will be closed on Feb. 9 and 10 for the Lunar New Year and on Feb. 13 for the city’s 26th cityhood anniversary, Mayor Eric Olivarez announced yesterday.
Olivarez said the city treasurer’s office and service center at the Ayala Malls-Manila Bay along Coastal Road will also be closed on the three dates, but all online appointments set on these dates will be rescheduled on Feb. 11 and 14.
BPLO chief Melanie Malaya advised business owners with business identification numbers 5 and 6 that their deadline for payment of their statement of account without penalty and surcharges will be on Feb. 11.
Malaya said said their office and the city treasurer’s office under Anthony Pulmano will be open to serve business tax payers from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
She said for business owners securing a mayor’s permit, they can settle their account ahead of the deadline via online payment at https://app.bploparanaque.com/epay/.
