Pasig hospital’s dialysis unit closed today, January 1

Jose Rodel Clapano - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines — Pasig City General Hospital’s hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis unit will be closed today and on Jan. 1, 2024, the city government announced over the weekend.

Pasig’s public information office (PIO) urged residents to bear with the city government’s efforts to implement effective health care.

The hospital unit, however, will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Dec. 26 to 30 and Jan. 2 to 6, 2024, the PIO said.

“In this temporary change in its operating hours, the city government ensures that those who are scheduled for dialysis treatments will be given the necessary medical services, including those who are presently admitted at the Pasig City General Hospital,” the PIO said.
