MANILA, Philippines — A stop-and-go traffic scheme is being enforced along major roads in Pasay City for two international events being held in the country, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced yesterday.

These are the 31st annual meeting of the Asia-Pacific Parliamentary Forum hosted by the Senate at the Philippine International Convention Center from Nov. 23 to 25 and the Veterans Confederation of ASEAN Countries, which is set from Nov. 26 to 30.

The traffic scheme will be implemented along EDSA, Diokno Boulevard, Macapagal Boulevard, Roxas Boulevard, Atang dela Rama street and Sales Road.

The MMDA has deployed 361 personnel to manage traffic in these areas and guide motorists.
