BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — A four-year-old girl, who was reported missing for two days, was found dead in a septic tank in Barangay Mataguisi in Pudtol, Apayao on Tuesday.
The girl was said to be playing by the roadside on Sunday afternoon, but failed to return home for dinner.
The girl was found naked, triggering suspicions that she was raped before she was killed.
An investigation is ongoing.
