CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines —The reward for information to locate Miss Grand Philippines contestant Catherine Camilon, who was reported missing on Oct. 12, is now P250,000.
Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission executive director Gilbert Cruz said PAOCC offered an additional P50,000.
Batangas Vice Gov. Mark Leviste had earlier offered a reward of P100,000 while other groups pitched in P100,000.
Cruz said PAOCC members have talked to Camilon’s family. He refused to give details.
The Calabarzon police activated its committee on missing persons to investigate the disappearance of Camilon.
Philippine Coast Guard Commodore Geronimo Tuvilla said the PCG is looking at passenger manifests of ships that left the Batangas port since Camilon went missing.
