MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) has opened a satellite office in Talisay, Negros Occidental to better serve higher education institutions (HEIs) in Western Visayas.
CHED Chairman Prospero de Vera III said the office would issue certificates, special orders, scholarships and other pertinent transactions needed by the residents.
The satellite office will provide easy access to HEIs in Negros Occidental as well as ensure client satisfaction through efficient, effective and inclusive delivery of frontline services, De Vera said.
