CAUAYAN, Isabela, Philippines — Two teenage boys died after their motorcycle crashed into a steel barrier in Roxas, Isabela on Sunday night.
The victims, aged 15 and 17, were on their way home when they figured in the accident in Barangay San Mateo. They were declared dead on arrival at the Cagayan Valley Medical Center in Tuguegarao.
The boys reportedly came from a party, according to Maj.Ardee Tion, chief of the Roxas police.
Witnesses said the victims were speeding.
