MANILA, Philippines — Certificates of candidacy (COC) forms for the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections on Oct. 30 are now available on the official website of the Commission on Elections (Comelec).
The poll body said the COC forms are for those running for barangay captain, barangay councilman, SK chairman and SK member.
The filing of COCs for the barangay and SK polls is from Aug. 28 to Sept. 2.
The Comelec said COC forms must be printed on both sides of a folio (8.5”x13”) or legal (8.5”x14”) paper.
Under Comelec Resolution No. 10924, candidates must accomplish sworn COCs in the form prescribed by the commission for the position they are aspiring for.
COCs shall be filed in three legible copies with the office of the city or municipal election officer with jurisdiction over their barangays.
