6/49 Super Lotto pot nears P100 million

Melquiades Robles, Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office general manager and vice chairman of the board, said yesterday that the Super Lotto 6/49 jackpot is estimated to reach P91 million by tonight’s draw after there was again no winner in Tuesday’s draw, which yielded a winning combination 35-44-26-01-05-30. The jackpot then carried P86,355,862.20.

MANILA, Philippines — The Super Lotto 6/49 jackpot is nearing the P100-million mark since no one has won the jackpot for more than a month.

Melquiades Robles, Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office general manager and vice chairman of the board, said yesterday that the Super Lotto 6/49 jackpot is estimated to reach P91 million by tonight’s draw after there was again no winner in Tuesday’s draw, which yielded a winning combination 35-44-26-01-05-30. The jackpot then carried P86,355,862.20.

There were 18 bettors who each won P50,000 for guessing all but one of the six-digit winning combination.

The Super Lotto 6/49 jackpot was last won on June 15 by a bettor in Cubao, Quezon City, who received a prize of P15.84 million.
