Chinese arrested for causing trouble

MANILA, Philippines — A Chinese man who allegedly caused trouble in front of a condominium building in Parañaque City was arrested on Wednesday, police reported yesterday.

Liang Bo, 24, is being held on held on charges of alarm and scandal, according to Southern Police District (SPD) director Brig. Gen. Kirby John Kraft.

According to witnesses, Liang allegedly smashed a bottle on the ground and screamed at the top of his voice outside a condominium in Barangay Baclaran at around 11:30 p.m.

Policemen on patrol saw the suspect and placed him under arrest. Liang is being held at the Baclaran police substation.
