School gets bomb threat
MANILA, Philippines — A bomb threat hit a school in Quezon City yesterday morning.
The bomb scare at the Pugad Lawin High School in Barangay Bahay Toro occurred at around 8 a.m.
Probers from the Project 6 police station said several bomb threat messages were posted on the school’s official Facebook page.
The Facebook account’s administrator, a teacher at the school, alerted authorities about the messages, which read “Pugad Lawin Bombing.”
Policemen went to the school and searched the campus for any explosive device. The school was later declared safe.
An investigation is underway to determine the person responsible for the bomb threat.
