Muntinlupa launches BookMobile
MANILA, Philippines — To encourage reading among students, the Muntinlupa City government is bringing books to schools in the city.
The Muntinlupa schools division office has rolled out the Library Hub BookMobile for the fifth year to assist students in developing their reading and comprehension skills.
“It’s important that we give priority to the reading ability of our students, but even more we need to make sure they are actually comprehending what they read,” Mayor Ruffy Biazon said in a statement.
The BookMobile will visit public elementary schools in Muntinlupa from February to May: Bayanan Elementary School, Alabang Elementary School, Filinvest Alabang Elementary School, Bagong Silang Elementary School, Sucat Elementary School Zone 3, Sucat Elementary School Zone 4, Sucat Elementary School-Main, Cupang Elemenary School-Annex, Buli Elementary School, Cupan Elementary School-Main and
Bayanan Elementary School-Main.
