Go attends Kawit Super Health Center groundbreaking

MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Bong Go, an adopted son of Calabarzon, attended the groundbreaking of the Super Health Center in Kawit, Cavite on Wednesday.

Super Health Centers offer basic health services, including database management, outpatient, birthing, isolation, diagnostic, pharmacy and ambulatory surgical unit.

The centers also offer eye, ear, nose and throat service; physical therapy and rehabilitation, oncology and telemedicine.

Seven other Super Health Centers will rise in Cavite. These are in the cities of Bacoor, Dasmariñas, General Trias and Imus and the towns of Carmona, Magallanes and Tanza.

At least 307 Super Health Centers  were funded last year through Go’s initiative. He also pushed for adequate funds to establish more centers under this year’s budget.
