2 found dead in Quezon

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines — The bodies of two persons, believed to be victims of summary executions, were found in Sariaya and Tayabas in Quezon on Tuesday.

Police said one of the bodies was found along Eco Tourism road in Barangay Talaan Aplaya in Sariaya. The other victim was found in Barangay Lakawan in Tayabas City.

Probers said the head one of the victims, who is around 5’5” in height, was wrapped in packing tape.

Authorities said the victims could have been killed somewhere and dumped in Quezon to mislead investigators.
