DPWH starts construction of P77 million MSU office in Manila

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has commenced the construction of the P77-million liaison office of the Mindanao State University (MSU) in Manila.

DPWH National Capital Region director Loreta Malaluan said the architectural design of the four-story complex, which took six decades of planning, was inspired by the Muslim culture and heritage.

“Finally, we have started work on the MSU office in Manila, which will provide office spaces for its employees, clients as well as local and international partners as they visit and learn more about the university,” Malaluan said.

The MSU Manila complex will feature conference halls and multi-purpose rooms, the DPWH official said.
