Robertzon Ramirez - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Customs (BOC) confiscated on Tuesday P2.65 million worth of cocaine and other items during an operation in Taguig City, an official announced yesterday.

Customs Commissioner Yogi Filemon Ruiz said BOC agents swooped down on a storage facility at AFP-RSBS Industrial Park along with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and National Intelligence Coordinating Agency.

Seized during the operation were 500 grams of cocaine, Kush, vape cartridges with marijuana oil and other drug paraphernalia.

The evidence will be turned over to the PDEA, Ruiz said.

On Nov. 18, the BOC, in coordination with the NICA and Armed Forces of the Philippines, seized shabu valued at P149.6 million in Muntinlupa City.
