MANILA, Philippines — A former police officer wanted for frustrated homicide was arrested in Manila on Friday night after 11 years of hiding.
According to a police report, Pedro Reyes was apprehended near the Quiapo Church along Quezon Boulevard at around 6:15 p.m.
Authorities said Reyes is listed as the most wanted fugitive of the Manila Police District.
