Alleged drug trafficker falls

Emmanuel Tupas - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines — A man considered by the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) as its seventh most wanted drug suspect was arrested in a sting on Thursday.

Marco William Parisi, 28, was caught in Barangay East Kamias at around 5:20 p.m., QCPD director Brig. Gen. Nicolas Torre III said.

Parisi allegedly negotiated a deal with an undercover police officer for P9,000 worth of methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu.

Seized from the suspect were 15 grams of shabu valued at P102,000, a cell phone and a weighing scale.

Torr said Parisi was arrested in January and was released after he entered into a plea bargaining agreement in March.
