BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — A man died after his motorcycle crashed into a power post in Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur at dawn yesterday.
Reynan Ragasa, 25, died while being treated for head and body injuries at the Ilocos Sur District Hospital in nearby Sta. Lucia town.
Probers said Ragasa lost control of the wheel as he was traveling along the highway in Barangay Quinsoriano.
