MANILA, Philippines — Two persons were arrested for allegedly stealing cable wires in Sampaloc, Manila on Saturday night.
Tito Arce and Ali Andre Sarip were nabbed for reportedly cutting 20 pieces of PLDT cable measuring 10 meters worth P57,277.
The suspects were caught cutting the cable wires using an aluminum ladder and a metal hand saw in the closed-circuit television footage of Barangay 475, according to the Manila Police District.
Theft charges will be filed against the suspects, police said.
