CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines — A ”high-value” drug suspect was arrested and 397 grams of shabu with an estimated street value of P2.6 million were seized in a sting in Rizal early yesterday.

Edmar Rex, 33, is said to be a major supplier of shabu in the province, Col. Dominic Baccay, Rizal police director, said.

Baccay said Rex did not resist arrest after selling shabu to an undercover agent in Barangay Darangan in Binangonan at around 1:45 a.m.

In Pampanga, Vivialyn Flores was arrested for possession of shabu worth P442,000 in Mabalacat City on Wednesday night.
