Quezon City No. 3 most wanted falls

MANILA, Philippines — An alleged rapist who is the third most wanted fugitive in Quezon City was arrested in Marilao, Bulacan on Wednesday.

Richard Arsolon, 42, was apprehended by operatives of the Quezon City Police District in Barangay Prenza II, according to Metro Manila police chief Maj. Gen. Felipe Natividad.

Natividad said Arsolon is the subject of a warrant of arrest issued by Quezon City Regional Trial Court Judge Roslyn Tria.

No bail was recommended for the suspect’s temporary liberty.

Arsolon is facing charges of nine counts of rape and acts of lasciviousness. He was detained at the Quezon City police jail.
