ANGELES CITY, Philippines — A three-day trade and tourism fair will be held in this city to revitalize the tourism industry and promote local products.
The event, which will open from tomorrow until May 26, will be conducted at the Angeles City Hall new parking lot.
Dubbed Angeleño Pa or “Angeleño First,” the event is a project of the Angeles City Tourism Office in cooperation with the Angeles City Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office.
Participants in the fair will include partner merchants from the city’s One Town, One Product Store; Kapebaluan, a book café serving Angeleño-produced coffee; Puning’s Hot Spring; Landers Superstore, and member-establishments of the Hotel and Restaurants Association in Pampanga as well as Alliance of Travel and Tour Agencies of Pampanga.
Visitors will receive two raffle coupons for every P500 worth of purchase, which will be drawn on the third day of the fair.
Prizes include Beautederm products, free accommodation for two at the Prime City Hotel and coupons for Kapebaluan.
Preparations for the event are supervised by city executives Reina Manuel, Anneleen Sugui and Irish Llego.
