Fanny Serrano dies at 74
MANILA, Philippines — Celebrity makeup artist and stylist Fanny Serrano passed away on Tuesday night, a family member confirmed yesterday on Facebook. He was 74.
Serrano suffered a massive stroke in 2016 and 2021.
“It is with a heavy heart to share to everyone that my father, Felix Mariano Fausto Jr., also known as Fanny Serrano, died last night at our home,” Maktin Miranda, Serrano’s daughter, posted on Facebook.
The family has yet to announce the interment date.
Miranda expressed her gratitude to those who condoled with the family.
Among Serrano’s clients were Sharon Cuneta, Cherie Gil, Lorna Tolentino and Celia Rodriguez.
Colleagues in the industry and celebrities have offered their condolences and paid tribute to Serrano on social media, including veteran singer Dulce and actress-comedian Kakai Bautista.
