MANILA, Philippines — A 69-year-old man has claimed the P79.6-million lotto jackpot at the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) in Mandaluyong.

The bettor, a resident of Dulag, Leyte, guessed the winning combination 29-05-03-11-08-42 on March 20.

He said the numbers are a combination of the birthdays of his family members.

The winner said he has been betting on the lotto games for almost three decades.

The winning ticket was bought at a lotto outlet in Manila, the PCSO said.
