The Northern Police District, which has custody of the suspects, said Sidillo and Macalansag are high-value targets.
The three reportedly sold P28,000 worth of shabu during the drug bust at the corner of Tupda and Julian Felipe streets at around 2:30 a.m.
Police also recovered a .25-caliber pistol loaded with two bullets, a belt bag and a holster from the suspects.
In Quezon City, two bricks of marijuana with a street value of P240,000 were recovered in Quezon City on Friday afternoon.
The bricks were turned over by employees of the J&T Express branch in Barangay Greater Fairview at around 5 p.m., according to police Drug Enforcement Group director Brig. Gen. Randy Peralta.
The employees called police as they were suspicious of the package, which came from Tabuk, Kalinga, Peralta said.
He named the consignor of the package as Dominic Fernandez while the recipient is a certain Juan Cala.
Meanwhile, one of the most wanted drug suspects in Pasig City was arrested in a sting in Barangay Pinagbuhatan on Friday that yielded 16.5 grams of shabu valued at P112,000.
Aladin Ismael, 26, was apprehended at around 12:45 a.m. after he accepted P200 in marked money from an undercover police officer in return for shabu, according to Pasig police chief Col. Roman Arugay.
